TREE PLANTATION

SCIENCE PROJECTS EXEBITION

 

The Science Projects Exhibition held Mahawati Sports Education & Development Committee showcased the innovative spirit and scientific curiosity of students. It was a dynamic event where students from various grades presented their research and experiments across different scientific disciplines. Visitors, including parents and teachers, were impressed by the diversity and creativity of the projects displayed. From biology to physics and technology, each exhibit demonstrated thorough research, experimentation, and critical thinking skills. Judges evaluated the projects based on criteria such as scientific method, presentation clarity, and creativity, awarding prizes to outstanding entries. TULSI PUJAN & CULTURAL ACTIVITIES

 

The Tulsi Pujan and Cultural Activities at Mahawati Sports Education & Development Committee were a vibrant celebration of tradition and community spirit. The event began with the ceremonial worship of the holy Tulsi plant, symbolizing reverence for nature and spiritual purity. Students and teachers participated in rituals with devotion and enthusiasm, learning about the significance of Tulsi in Hindu culture. Following the pujan, cultural activities enriched the atmosphere with performances of music, dance, and drama. Students showcased their talents through traditional songs, folk dances, and theatrical presentations, captivating the audience with their creativity and passion. 

ART & Craft and PAINTING COMPETITION

 

The Art & Craft and Painting Competition held at Mahawati Sports Education & Development Committee was a colourful and creative showcase of talent and imagination. Students from different grades enthusiastically participated, showcasing their artistic skills through a variety of artworks including paintings, sculptures, and craft pieces. The competition provided a platform for students to express themselves artistically and explore different mediums and techniques. Judges evaluated the entries based on creativity, technique, and presentation, acknowledging outstanding efforts with prizes and recognition. The event not only encouraged artistic expression but also promoted teamwork and collaboration among participants.

PARENTS COUNSELLING/MEETING

 

 

The parent meeting we organize one parents meeting once a month wherein all the problems are discussed and solutions found. PTM is important to improve communication between school staff and parents about students’ progress and behaviour. Both parents and school staff attended. We talked about how students are doing in their classes, their activities outside of school, and ways parents can help with their learning at home. As a result of the meeting, we decided to have regular reviews of students’ progress, start a program to help with homework, and schedule more meetings between parents and teachers. Everyone felt positive about these plans and is committed to working together for the students’ success.

HEALTH CHECKUP CAMP

 

 

The Health Checkup Camp organized by Mahawati Sports Education & Development Committee aimed to promote community wellness by providing accessible healthcare services. Held in partnership with local healthcare providers, the camp welcomed participants from the community, including students, parents, and nearby residents. The camp offered a range of health screenings such as blood pressure checks, BMI measurements, dental examinations, and general medical consultations. Qualified healthcare professionals conducted thorough assessments and provided personalized health advice to attendees. The event successfully raised awareness about preventive healthcare and encouraged participants to prioritize their well-being. It exemplified Mahawati Sports Education & Development Committee ‘s dedication to fostering a healthy community and ensuring that healthcare services are readily available to all.

BLOOD DONATION CAMP

 

 

The Blood Donation Camp organized By Mahawati Sports Education & Development Committee aimed to contribute to the community’s health and well-being. Held in collaboration with [Blood Bank/Organization], the camp saw enthusiastic participation from students, teachers, and local residents. Volunteers diligently assisted donors throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. The camp successfully collected blood, potentially saving many lives in times of need.
